Principal

 

David completed his undergraduate degree at Colorado State University, where he was active in ASCE and served as president of the Chi Epsilon Engineering Fraternity.

 

David then graduated from the Structural Engineering Master's Degree Program at the University of California at Berkeley, where he served as a graduate research and teaching assistant and investigated the phenomenon of brittle fracture among steel beam-column connections.

 

David's experience covers a variety of project types, incuding single family homes, a wide range of commercial structures, and the restoration and rehabilitation of historic buildings

 

David started Next Level, Inc. in 2004 in an effort to develop an innovative company that balances a mix of commercial and residential projects in a work environment that provides a high level of employee independence and creativity while maintaining a strong focus on client service.
